Strength after Service Webinar ™
Understanding the “Veteran Experience”
Throughout the training we provide a framework for understanding the veterans' experience of service and deployment. We also reveal the broader scope of the trauma spectrum showing how events in addition to combat such as enduring deployment as a family member, accidents, illness, childhood trauma, natural disaster, financial and many more affect individual resiliency. This helps establish trauma as a universal experience and further de-stigmatizes post-traumatic stress while also bridging the diverse populations present at the training.
