Workshop Overview

The introductory Strength after Service™ presentation introduces audiences to the ONE Freedom training framework. This presentation provides basic information on the veteran and family experience of deployment, an elementary understanding of the brain and body's natural response to stress, and introduces participants to self-regulation techniques that can improve your strength and resilience in everyday life. Participants learn why and when "automatic responses" are running the show and how to take charge, internally, for better balance and well-being.
